in the center, flanked by an olive branch on one side and an oak branch on the
other, representing liberty, peace, and strength respectively; the
inscription “E PLURIBUS UNUM” is also present around the design,
signifying “out of many, one”.  on the
Reverse.  Struck in proof quality and composed of clad material,
which means it has a copper core and a nickel-copper outer layer, this
